Your accommodations that are provided with the cost of your elk hunt will be with an area guest ranch or local hotel in Big Sky. Our hunt begins at Sage Creek Trailhead. From there we prepare our mules and mount our horses for a very forgiving 8 mile ride into camp.

Flying:
Arrive in Bozeman, Montana at the Gallatin Field Airport around noon on the Saturday before your hunt. Plan your return flight for the Saturday after your hunt to depart mid to late morning. The airport is approximately 40 miles North of Big Sky and is serviced year round by Delta, Skywest, Northwest, United, and Horizon Airlines. Transportation is included to and from the Bozeman airport.


Driving:
Should you choose to drive, please contact us so that we can arrange a meeting place in Big Sky. Big Sky is approximately 40 miles South of I-90 on Hwy 191. The turnoff is just west of Bozeman, then south through the Gallatin Canyon. From the South, Big Sky is approximately 45 miles north of West Yellowstone, MT (the west entrance of Yellowstone Park) on US Highway 191.
